How to Pay Your Support

PAY IN PERSON:
You may make a payment in person with cash or a money order at our office
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm     (No lunch closure)

Pay with a personal check, certified/cashier’s check, or money order via mail to:

Payment Coupons:
Special Instruction Coupon Payments   - MCR 3.208(C) allows a payer of support with multiple cases to request case specific payment allocations for payments made directly to the Friend of the Court. If you are requesting specific allocations, please submit your payment with a special instruction coupon. This will allow distribution based on your instructions instead of the regular hierarchy. If you are uncertain whether you should be using a special instruction coupon, please contact the Clare County FOC office at (989) 539-0800 or foc@clareco.net

Temporary Payment Coupons - You may use a temporary coupon to make child support payments. MiSDU will send you monthly payment coupons to help you identify your support payments. Use this coupon until you receive your payment coupons in the mail.

PAY ONLINE:
You may submit your payment with a credit card online through  MiSDU.com 

RETAIL STORES:
You may make a payment conveniently with cash through PayNearMe and MoneyGram at a retail store near you nationwide. Learn more at www.misdu.com.

Self-Employed or Independent Contractor?
If you are self-employed, or an independent contractor, you may have support payments taken from your bank account.
